In order to maintain a manageable team with few youth sitting the bench the team size will be held to 12-14 players as determined by the Coaches. With a large turnout there is no other way then to try out for the team. Those that are not chosen will be offered depending on age the opportunity to play in the teener or other developed team. The following form will be filled out by three unbiased designated Coaches that do not have a clear ty. The final rankings for the top 8 players will be made and the remainder will be selected using both the rank and the Coaches judgement.
